ISOLOTTEN is a leading Turkish polymer processor and manufacturer of physically crosslinked polyolefin foams using a unique technology.
ISOLOTTEN has spacious, well-lit workshops, equipped with modern processing machines. Using of up-to-date technologies ensures high quality of products and environmental friendliness.

Our plant produces a wide range of polyolefin foams suitable for use in many areas of life! We can foam polyolefins from 29 kg/m3 to 330 kg/m3.
ISOLOTTEN laminated sheets offer a variety of solutions for a wide range of packaging inserts. ISOLOTTEN foams feature excellent thermal insulation, good water resistance properties, low vapor permeability, and high chemical resistance making them the ideal material for the packaging industry.
ISOLOTTEN foams are soft to the touch, non-toxic, skin-friendly, resistant to sweat, easy to clean and available in a wide variety of colours, thus being the top material for camping and insulation mats, insoles, body protectors, backpacks, swimsuits, safety jackets etc.
Physically crosslinked foams have been used in the automotive industry for over 40 years. On average, automobile manufacturers can reduce the weight of plastic and foam components by up to 70%, replacing rigid plastics and PVC- or PU-based materials with crosslinked ISOLOTTEN foams. A visible advantage of lightweight construction is reduced fuel consumption and lower CO2 emissions.
Our soft-touch foams are mainly used in interior trim to improve vehicle comfort. Isolotten can be easily thermo- or vacuum-formed and laminated to other materials, making it a perfect choice for OEM manufacturers. Other important properties of ISOLOTTEN - lowest thermal conductivity and good sound-prooofing - are essential for insulating and sealing solutions.
Attracted by the unique combination of flexibility, perfect insulation properties and sustainability, construction industry remains a key consumer of ISOLOTTEN. There are two main application areas. First of all ISOLOTTEN is used for thermal insulation and sealing in buildings, technical installations and road construction. Secondly ISOLOTTEN is a perfect shock absorber, being used as an underlay for parquet, wood and laminate flooring.
The broad range of ISOLOTTEN foams allows us to meet most requirements of foam converters. We can offer thin and dense ISOLOTTEN grades, very soft and low-weight materials, high-performance ISOLOTTEN type and many other options for customized solutions in buoyancy, military, packaging or other industrial applications.
Physically crosslinked foam is widely used as a backing material for adhesive tapes in a broad range of industries. Due to the foam’s flexibility and conformability, tapes made of ISOLOTTEN are the best choice for uneven surfaces and contours, compared with film, paper or textile carriers. Adhesive tapes based on ISOLOTTEN are not only suitable for most mounting tasks but also cost-effective by reducing weight, providing thermal and acoustic insulation and facilitating the application process.
ISOLOTTEN is suitable for skin contact and therefore it is used in some medical applications, i.e. plasters or ECG pads. High-performance ISOLOTTEN features improved internal strength and can be used in special adhesive solutions that require more durability. Some ISOLOTTEN grades of 0,5 mm are used in the electronics industry.
The main features of ISOLOTTEN for consumer goods include comfort, shock absorption, distribution of pressure, thermal insulation and weight reduction. In addition, our foams are soft to the touch, non-toxic, skin-friendly, resistant to sweat and most chemicals, easy to clean and available in a wide range of colours.

We are happy to introduce the results of analysis in an independent accredited testing laboratories which specialise in flame resistancy testing. Certification was issued in April 2026 and states that Isolotten FR05 complies with UL94:2024 HF-1 HF-2, while Isolotten FR15 meets the requirements of class B-s2,d0 of EN13501-1:2018. This exclusive rating significantly widens the range of applications of Isolotten foams and help our customers to offer best possible solutions in industrial markets
11-13 November 2025, Isolotten participated in Europe's Largest Exhibition and Conference for the Foam Industry - Foam Expo Europe, Stuttgart, Germany.
Every year, this event gathers more than 5,000 industry professionals, over 250 exhibitors, and more than 70 speakers, making it the largest trade fair dedicated to the foam industry in Europe.
We presented Isolotten foam products to the buyers from all over the world, working in construction and automotive industry, manufacturers of adhesive tapes, body protection items, footwear, packaging and many other fields.
In December 2024, our company participated in Europe's largest trade fair for technical foam products and manufacturing - Foam Expo, Stuttgart, Germany. It was not only a successful exhibition of Isolotten foams and our production capabilities, but also a very warm meeting point for our friends - professionals of the foam industry from all over the world.
